Who else loves Sriracha? These spicy wings are a great party pleaser, seriously finger licking good!
You can find Sriracha at your local oriental store – but let’s not pretend we don’t all have a bottle already half empty!
To make the wings you will need:
- 1 kg of chicken wings
- 2 tbs Sriracha sauce
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs sweet soy
- t tbs sesame seeds
Wash and pat dry the wings with some paper towel. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Sriracha, honey and soy. Toss the wings in and use your hands to fully coat them in the sauce. Season with salt. Cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for at least an hour to marinate.
Preheat your oven to 200C. Arrange the wings on a tray with baking paper and roast in the oven for 30 minutes, turning the wings over half way.
Serve with a sprinkling of the sesame seeds…. and more Sriracha if you like!
