You will need:
- 3 large carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 spanish onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of chopped mint leaves
- 1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds
- Juice of half a lemon
- Dash of olive oil
- pinch of salt
Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with a lemon wedge & enjoy!
